Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to evaluate children with chronic renal insufficiency (CRI) in hemodyalisis treatment.; identify and describe the nursery diagnostics. Study uses an exploratory-described method with a quality approach.  This study was conducted  in a private Hospital in Fortaleza-Ce. Five children with CRI in hemodyalisis treatment were evaluated from March to April in 2009.  The data were collected by: physical exams, interview and a questionnaire presented in the NANDA´s taxonomy II. It was identify 19 nursery diagnostics. It was verify among 100% of the patients: infection risk and interrupted family process.
