QUALITY OF LIFE EMPLOYEES OF A COMPANY OF COMUNICATION PRACTITIONERS OF LABOURS KINESIOTERAPY COMPENSATORY

Objectives: To analyze the results of a labor kinesiotherapy compensatory program on A TARDE Newspaper employees’ life quality, in Salvador – BA. Methods: Almost Experimental study, long-dated cut, where 43 employees from Marketing branch, Call Center, Circulation and Technology, from both sexes, and age from 27,9 to 7,2 years old. All the employees answered the life quality evaluation questionnaire (SF-36) at the beginning and the end of the research. All of them were submitted to lengthening, muscle reinforcing and relaxation in MMSS, MMII and trunk during two months, on a frequency of twice a week. In the gross, it was 16 sessions. The data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics through the t as in Student test. Results: SF-36 dominances that presented recovery were functional capacity, vitality, general health state and social aspects, with highlight to functional capacity with p=0,001. Conclusion: The evaluated dominances by SF-36 showed a recovery in some scores. It demonstrates that labor kinesiotherapy program obtained satisfactory results on A TARDE Newspaper employees’ life quality.
