Introduction: The high heel has been frequently used in the comtemporany society. It’s considered a superiority and elegancy symbol. Therefore, the wrong choice can provoke changes in the posture. Objective: To analyze the lumbopelvic changes from the use of high hills, considering different heights and models. Methods: It’s an observational research of transversal corte.Iit was realized a static postural analyze in the right lateral vision by using volunteers’ digital photos in situations: barefoot, shod with low heels (1 cm), medium-heeled shoes (5 cm, platform type and fine) and footwear high heels (9 cm, platform type, thin). We measured the angles of lumbar lordosis, pelvic tilt and hip flexion. Analysis of association between variables were performed to assess the relationship changes with the jump through the chi-square as appropriate. Results: The non-probabilistic sample comprised of 20 volunteer academic course of physiotherapy. It had an average age of 20. 6 (+ 2. 644). 100% made use of jumping and 75% reported pain. With respect to angular variations, there is a decrease in pelvic tilt followed by a straightening of the lumbar lordosis especially in the heel platform type. Conclusion: Heel shoes angular promote changes in the pelvis and especially, although not significant momentarily, can cause biomechanical repercussions musculoesqulético adaptive system in the long run.Downloads
